Directions

From Highway 40, exit at Hwy 94 (40 East bound take exit 10 and go left) (40 West bound take exit 9 and follow signs for Hwy94), head South on Hwy 94 to Hwy D. Make a right onto Hwy D, follow Hwy D for about 5 miles (you'll pass the Missouri Department of Conservation Office on your right about 2 miles on Hwy D) and the shooting range is on your left.

Busch is a good place to shoot. Have only ever shot trap there, not skeet. It doesn't have voice-activated pulling, but it's usually pretty crowded, so getting someone to pull has never been a problem.

My only complaint is that there seem to be a LOT of first time shooters, and IMO they really need a full-time ranger at each range. Both for questions and to keep things moving and enforce safety rules.

I like the pistol and rifle ranges being on site, so that you can get all your shooting in at one place -- very convenient.

This facility is one of the oldest and busiest in the state located on a 7,000 acre State Conservation Area. No membership required, open to the public Trap & Skeet $3 per round, 100 yard rifle/pistol range use $3 per hour, Shotgun Patterning $3 per hour, 3-D archery $3 per hour, all targets, ear plugs and loaner shooting glasses included in fee. Free usage of 4 Field Archery walking trails and 40 yard Archery Static Range with 8ft tall shooting tower. The area also includes over 30 fishing lakes, hiking trails, and hunting areas. Range's education center offers several free instructional classes throughout the year and there are staff and pro-staff available at the range to help and offer guidance.
