Driving Instructions (from Route 17/I-86):
On Route 17/I-86, take Exit 64 (Route 96 North/Owego) to Route 96 North.
Follow Route 96 North through Owego. Turn right onto Carmichael Road.
Follow Carmichael Road and near the top turn left into Tioga County Sportsmen's Association.

Jay Hover Binghamton NY Member I work there Reviewed 01/08/2010	Winter hours are Sundays from 10am to 2 pm for Skeet and Trap (please call ahead for trap shooting). Range is open to members, rifle range is also open to members any day of the week. Hours for rifle range are (roughly) 9am to dark (use good judgment) Great group of guys and gals shoot skeet on Sundays and will be happy to help out the beginners or first time shooters. (be ready for some good busting) A great place to shoot and a great group of people. Summers hours start in early April and are on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6pm until dark, 5 stand is open during summer hours on Tuesdays.
