Directions

Route 230 runs through Elizabethtown; this is actually Market Street within the Borough. Take Market Street to the square and turn onto West High Street. After several blocks you will come to an old stone railroad bridge, go under the bridge and bare right onto Turnpike road. After about two miles you will go through a small Village called Newville. The driveway to the Club is about a mile on the other side of Newville. It will be a right turn; our club sign is on the left side of the road opposite the driveway back to the club.

When I first went to this club I have never shot trap before. When I arrived there the head member of the club welcomed and greeted me. I explained to them I never shot trap before and wanted to learn. Everyone there was very nice giving me tips and pointers. They even have a breakfast thing there Saturday mornings. Overall it was a very nice club to shoot at and the people were very friendly.

Very nice club to shoot Trap. Many of the guys support several of the other clubs in the area. I think they cater very well to the Trap Shooters, throw nice targets, and are a nice bunch of guys.

Yes it is an older crowd, but we all have to get old sometime!

Nice club, just don't go there to shoot trap unless your an Olympic Champion because all these guys think they are. Went there first time and not one person even talked to me, yet alone say "welcome". They all had their game faces on. I've never been around so many rude people at a Sportsman's club in all my life. I've talked to many others who had the same experience when they showed up to shoot trap and all said they will never go back. With guys like these folks the younger generation will never be able to feel welcome or want to learn.
On the other hand I've been to their block shoots and couldn't have felt more welcome. Everyone talked to the newcomers and helped them out if they weren't familiar with the way things go at a block shoot.
