In December, 2013 I took my grandson trapshooting at this gun club where I had shot many many times in the past. The personnel were very unfriendly, the cost to shoot was extremely high, and I was not allowed to pick up my hulls. What a change from when Warren & Tom ran this place. I will never shoot there again and advise anyone else to follow my lead.

Great facility. Went there with my kids and they had a 20 g we used, staff was great too. Got right out even though we were beginners, all around a great experience!

After many years of absence as a clay bird shooter, I thought.."I need to do this again". I re-joined Winchester Gun Club, many improvements, new staff and good old Tom, still holding the banner of hospitality and good humor! Enjoy the club, relaxing, great staff and simply....Fun! Glad to be a part of great company of people and friends!

This place is great. I went there a couple months ago with some friends traveling from Chicago. It was our first time going skeet shooting and the staff were very skilled in training. They triple checked that we knew how to use the Shotgun Properly. And after we were done we had some inexpensive drinks and bought some nice Camo to go with the experience. Cant wait to go back.

I have been shooting at Winchester on and off for 30 years. This business is run by people who know what they are doing and love the sport.

This place is Grrreat! Smoothly run operation, fantastic staff and clays course seems to change every week. This has become a family destination, whenever family is in from out of town(all year round)we never miss a trip to Winchester. After a hot summer round of clays-a cold beer and AC; after a round in the biting February cold-a hot cup of Joe. What more could you ask for? Maybe a pistol range for when your shoulder gets sore?

I am a life member of the gun club and can't say enough good things about the staff. My family all live in the Chicago area, north, and we spend several days each year bustin birds. The club facilities are top notch. Prices are reasonable, great place to watch the Packers play.

My father loved Winchester Gun Club. He called it his second home. I would like to thank all the workers and shooters help, and all the great conversations he had there. He enjoyed helping the fellow shooters of fixing or with selling and buying of their guns. Especially, thank-you to Tom's and Warren's friendship over all those years. I have great memories there with my father. I mostly enjoyed the video games that Tom had at the club over all these years.

Thank - You!

New shooter. Joined a trap league and had excellent guidance from Tom in regards to improving my shooting skills (work in progress). All of the staff are fun and it has been an enjoyable experience for me. I plan on hopefully improving on my shooting skills and know that I can rely on Tom and his great staff. I highly recommend this club!!!

Good place to spend an afternoon. Rob is very helpful and great at guiding new shooters. Dan keeps the traps throwing and the trapboys in line. Tom can answer just about any question you may have about shotguns, especially when yours fails while shooting at his club.

If you are looking for a place that has everything, then look no further. The fields are great, people are awesome, and they have cold beer. Really, what else can you ask for. I bring a lot of beginners with me that show an interest in shooting and they are always well received by the staff. The sporting clays change pretty regularly so going back time and time again is always a new challenge. They do also seem to have an ample amount of room so wait time, even on the weekend, is very minimal. Cost is very reasonable and the membership for a regular, to even the casual shooter, makes a lot of sense with the discounts. All in all, if you shoot for sport, this place is a must try!!!

Excellent club, well run. Trap houses were in good operational shape. Fields were well marked and clean. Lots of broken clays around to show lots of use, but no trash. Cashier was helpful and very friendly. Puller was helpful and was willing to help my partner who had never shot skeet before. Being a Turkey and Pheasant shooter he had a bit of learning to do. I learned my skeet and trap at Wisconsin clubs many moons ago so this was a great way for me to spend a vacation day. I would recommend this club to anyone. I will go back next time I am in the area. Thanks guys!

My wife and I have been shooting here for 14 years. The staff and other shooters are always friendly and helpful. We shoot Skeet, 5-Stand and Sporting Clays. We are now introducing our 6yr old daughter to shooting in a family fun atmosphere. Women and Kids are always welcome.

So far to date, this has been the best place I have shot trap at. I took my father-in-law here a week ago and we shot several rounds. The staff was more than accommodating and very friendly. The place is clean and well kept and there appears to be room for everyone. We are contemplating becoming members. I give this club a 10+!!!

I've thoroughly enjoyed the staff and other members I've met at this club. I'm a beginning shooter and everyone has been very helpful and friendly. With five trap/skeet ranges the wait is never very long, even on the weekends. Once I try out the large five-stand and sporting clay courses I'll post another review. All in all, this is an excellent place to shoot!

Excellent place to shoot, great staff, good facilities. They run league shooting starting May each year on all of their shooting games. Very easy place to get to off the interstate.

I used to be very active in trap shooting but I got old and sick so I sort of gave it up. My son and I came up and shot 2 rounds of trap and it was a lot of fun. The facilities are very nice we only shot trap so I can't comment on the other fields but the club seems well kept up the the facilities were very clean. I won't even mention my score but I had a really great time. Thanks

This was my first time at a shooting and it was a great experience. The members, staff, guides were all very friendly and very patient. They have huge fields w/ different kinds of courses. I will definitely be back and tell people about it. Great for first timers.

Several skeet ranges, friendly people and service, no wait in the middle of the week. Shot 4 rounds of skeet and 2 rounds of trap.
Will definitely go back.

The sporting clays course had lots of crossing targets at varied distances; one overhead, dropping in front; one with two teal. Not much variety. Lots of malfunctions & "no birds". Probably won't go back.
