First, when I come to Vegas, I used to bring golf clubs but no more! I bring my shot guns. This is the only place to go for a day or just a couple of hours of relaxation. Desert Hills has it all from sporting clays, 5 Stand and rifle and pistol range. I understand they are working on an indoor range as well. You will like everything about this club. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. It is a quick drive and well worth the 25 minutes from the "Strip". Like I said in the beginning, I no longer bring golf clubs to Vegas, I bring my guns; you might want to do the same.

Great shoot!!
I liked everything about this club. The staff was friendly-helpful-knowledgeable. The course was challenging and interesting. The presents made great use of the natural terrain. And the views of the surrounding mountains & desert were awesome. It's hard to believe that you were only 25 minutes of the "strip" in Las Vegas. Next time I am in Nevada I will 100% be going back to Desert Hills!!

When in Vegas you need to do two things. Go to Boulder Dam and go sporting clay shooting at Desert Hills. The club is very accommodating.
They have great presentations of clays. I rent a cart and get in as much shooting as I can. Great club.

I visited the club for a Ducks Unlimited Sporting Clays shoot, and was glad I did. The Club House is very nice, and the sporting clays course is even better. It is a loop course with 20 stations. Desert Hills is under new management & recently (within the last year) reopened. They have all new traps (very few malfunctions), and its only about 30 minutes away from the strip. It is definitely worth looking up while visiting Las Vegas.
