Located 2 Miles South of Dover on Rt. 113. Enter at Main Gate, inform guards you wish to go to the skeet range, and you will be issued a temporary Base Pass. For Frequent Visitors: Carl Barnes (302)-677-5553. turn right on atlantic ave. turn right on purple heart way. turn left on perimeter road. 1/2 mile on right.
