Merlin IBFM Whiting IN Visitor Once Reviewed 01/09/2012 | Didn't know what to expect, can only say WOW!!!!
The comfort and hospitality was like being home with family.
Gina's breakfast was so good I thought my grandma came back to life and made me breakfast :)
The facilities wear first rate and makes a great shooting experience.
Thank you, I will be back as often as is possible.

Rick Gricus Chicago Il Visitor Once Reviewed 10/20/2011 | Being new to the sport, the six of us made the trek down from Chicago to see what Pinewood had to offer. First off, do not rely on your gps(since both of ours gave two different directions & destinations) use Wayne's directions, he'll get you right there. Once we finally arrived, it was obvious the long trip was well worth it. Wayne & Dave couldn't have been more hospitable towards our group. With a wide age-range of new shooters, Dave warmly worked with us all & made us feel like old friends. His expertise & tips in the field were much appreciated, and it showed in our development during the day. No stress what-so-ever. We're all looking forward to our next trip soon & possibly some of the Misses home cooking we've heard so much about. Thank you guys for such a great day out. |
Jim Asbury Valparaiso, IN Visitor 2-5 Visits Reviewed 02/01/2011 | Very well run hunting club. The cover is now some of the best around and the birds fly like wild birds and make it a real hunt, not a catch. Good place to work out the dogs and the hunters. The owners Wayne and Gina and everyone there treats everyone like family and cater to all of your needs. Gina makes a pretty mean Biscuits and Gravey with all the trimmings. If you have coffee before the hunt, you are likely to hear some real good stories as well...and they are all true!!!
Thanks to Wayne and Gina for a good time every time. We'll be seeing you every chance we get

Anthony/Amari Villes Michigan City Visitor 2-5 Visits Reviewed 09/23/2010 | Came out for there Salute to Patriotism Shoot on August 1st, what a Wonderful Time, Opening & Closing Ceremony were AWESOME..
Just came out again last week with our son who is on leave from the Marines, had a great time on the Wobble Trap & Sporting Calys Range,
Wayne & Gina did not charge our son anything to shoot, and much to our surprise after over hearing our son tell Wayne that during his tour in Iraq he wished that someone could send him Fried Chicken like Grandma use to make, Gina made him a fried chicken and all the trimmings for lunch... what a GREAT DAY... We highly recommend this wonderful place |
tommy garvey mokena illinois Visitor 2-5 Visits Reviewed 03/08/2010 | It was a very well organized and nice shoot. Dan the course operator could not have been more welcoming to the shooters. I highly recommend this facility to anyone or group for a great outing. |
