Reviewed 07/29/2012 | I visited Seneca Hunt Club on 7/28/2012.., to say the least I was a little disappointed! It is a little costly @ 40 for a round of 100 clays, and on top of that expect to tip the thrower $5.00 a man minimum! The throwers are manual spring load throwers, so your thrower really works hard, especially when throwing report pairs! Being manually loaded, cocked and thrown clays made report pairs have a bit of a lag time...., which threw us off a bit. DO NOT SHOOT 5-stand there, A.(throwers were letter A-D) thrower seldom worked and the use of black clays made them hard to pick up at the far thrower.. Just a poorly put together 5-stand trap, in dire need of repair..! To put it plainly, for the price, there are many better sporting clay venues and my friends and I, all agree we will never be visiting Seneca again!! Although I will have to say that our thrower did an excellent job at throwing clays as quickly as possible..., if not for the young thrower that we had, I'm sure our trip would have ended up way worse... |

Reviewed on or prior to 11/20/2005 | Nice course, excellent 5-stand; other games I didn't get to play, because they closed at 4:00 pm on a Saturday afternoon. Call ahead to make sure of their hours, and give yourself plenty of time. |

Reviewed on or prior to 11/20/2005 | I'VE BEEN A MEMBER OF THE CLUB FOR TWO YEARS. I STARTED HUNTING PHEASANTS THERE AND GRADUALLY BEGAN TO SHOOT CLAYS AND OTHER SHOTGUN
COURSES OFFERED. THE CLUB IS GREAT. THE FACILITIES ARE COMPLETE AND
WELL MAINTAINED AND MANAGED. STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL AND PERSONABLE.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CLUB. I'VE BELONG TO OTHERS AND FOUND ALL
OTHERS LACKING. |
