Reviewed 10/27/2011 | I grew up in the Chicago and fly back every fall to shoot with some guys i grew up with. the club is very well managed and maintained by Mike and Sherry. They make you feel like you are part of the family. Sherry is quite the cook also. The stations always offer a wide variety of looks at the clays to help hone your shots at whatever upland species you hunt for. This includes rabbits and rabbit/bird combo stations. I have shot at several clubs throughout the US and find this one the most enjoyable. |

Reviewed 11/02/2010 | I have been a member at Upland for 15 years. Mike and Sherry have become like family to my wife children and me. The bird hunting and quality of the birds is the best it gets, sporting clay's, skeet shooting, guiding, food and friendship are what this club is about, member or guest come out and enjoy the best club in the mid-west. |

Reviewed on or prior to 11/20/2005 | Visited the club 08/10/2005. I was mostly interested in the Sporting clays layout. This is a very fine facility with a fair variety of targets generally based in the flight of game birds. As an outsider I was made to feel very welcome and would recomend this club to anyone interested in a good day out. |

Reviewed on or prior to 11/20/2005 | I've participated in the Sporting Clays for Scouting events for the past 5 years, and have had one great experience after another. Being a rookie with handling and firing a shotgun, I found the settings for the course just fantastic. The courses are varied in difficulty, from the easy to the challenging. Mike and Sherri are more than accomodating, and are very well organized. I appreciate their support for our event, and look forward to participating at their club again next year. I also intend on using their facility on a personal level in the near future. Thank you. |
