Jefferson C Stearn carol stream il Visitor Once Reviewed 03/16/2010 | I've been looking for a place for my daughters and I to shoot skeet. We have not yet had a chance to visit the park, but the location is only fifteen minutes away from our home. See you Sunday morning :^) after church of course. |
Jeremy Hoffman Estates, IL Visitor Once Reviewed 02/16/2009 | I went last night for the first time. I agree with these reviews. A good group of helpful guys and a no nonsense trap and skeet set up. Nice that the club is close by for those in the Chicago Suburbs. Its a little hard to find on Thursday nights, as the park is closed and dark. Follow the lights to the back and park in what looks like the park's fenced-in maintenance garages. |

Skeet $6.00

Bob Schaumburg, IL Visitor Once Reviewed 10/01/2008 | A nice gun club to go and shoot both trap and skeet. The option to shoot skeet is nice, because a few clubs I know only allow members to shoot, and non-members can only do trap. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. Facility is very well taken care of. I wish they had more hours, but I'm sure they are limited due to being located in the 'burbs. Overall, an excellent place to go, hang out, and have fun shooting clays with a good group of people. |
Zac chicago IL Visitor Once Reviewed 08/26/2008 | Great experience. I was at the club with 3 shooters who have never shot a gun. The trainer Dave and I believe Scott were great with them. They provided guns for them to use and stayed with them to help during 3 or 4 rounds of trap we shot. We had a friend set up the day and she did a great job. Would suggest to anyone to show up and take a group. Great time once again. |
Troy Bartlett IL Visitor 2-5 Visits Reviewed 03/18/2007 | Really nice club, one trap field one skeet field. Members are nice and helpful. |
Gary K Carol Stream, IL Visitor 2-5 Visits Reviewed 03/04/2006 | I've been there about 5 times and I sure plan to keep going. It's a small club tucked back in the corner of Park District property, but I'm sure glad it's there. The people are friendly and they welcome the public. Seems to be a pretty good group of regulars. My only complaint -- I wish they had more hours!
(They say they are open on Monday, but they're actually shooting specific games, rather than open trap & skeet) |
