Shot at Action Shooting Sports to day in Manton Mi. It was the first time but it will definitely not be the last! Lots of different bird presentations, liked that they were not all overly hard but not exactly easy either, good mixture, and a very scenic course though the woods. Denny, the owner, could not have been nicer, he treats you like you are Royalty! Really a super nice laid back no pressure club. Everybody was friendly.

Visited Action while up north for a weekend. I am happy to report. This sporting clays place is an absolute good time. You will not meet a more friendly owner than Denny. Being our first time he bent over backwards to make sure we had fun. We had more than fun, we made friends and now have a place to shoot when up north. I highly recommend Action shooting sports for the laid back, no pressure , fun course. Presentations were a good mix of easy to difficult. So it fits for all skill levels. I liked seeing families there having fun.
I did see a new trap field with fresh concrete poured. I imagine there will be trap soon if nothing already.
Prices are very reasonable. I get the feeling Denny does this not to get rich but to give people a great time and promote shooting sports. Definitely put this place on your list of go to shooting spots.

Despite that this place is called a club on this website, Denny doesn’t charge a club fee or anything. You bring 15 bucks (for a fun shoot) or 25 (for league shooting) and you can go shoot his clays. There are always new configurations and stations, and you can walk the course or ride in a golf cart if one is available.
The people are friendly, the food is amazing and the beer is cold (for those of age).
All Denny asks is that you pick up your empty shells and put them in the bucket at each station.
I absolutely love the place.

This place is great for all ages and abilities. Denny runs a very safe and friendly operation. All the shooters there will help you out if you have questions or need help. He offers a 4 week league in the spring and fall with a dinner and prizes at the end of each league. He has small bore and registered shoots. Prices are reasonable for what you get.

We stopped over at Action Shooting on a Saturday afternoon and had a great time. Nice course nice people running the place, the targets were challenging but not too hard I wish we had shot more targets. I will be visiting this place next time I am up north on vacation.

Good targets, always a few to challenge the best but most are just good targets. Nice place, good management.

Seven of us just shot Action on Wed. and Thurs. What a great place.
Very friendly and laid back, good targets that all of us could break (and miss), nice course layout.
We all recommend Action as a place to shoot Clays.

This is a well equiped facility with a laid back attitude.
Very nice down to earth shooters. Not a bunch of snobs.
Saftey is a top issue here and is well maintained.
The courses are consisitently changed to improve your shooting
abilities.

This place has two different courses. Both great. Take lots of ammo and
a turkey choke, some 40 yard shots here.
