I had the enjoyment of using the pistol range on October 7th. I had purchased a S&W M&P 9mm and was fortunate to have a range nearby to test fire my new weapon. The attending range master was extremely helpful and curtious especially to a new visitor. The range master took time to educate me on the layout of the range and he was very helpful with testing the accuracy of my handgun. I encourage all gun owners to make use of the wonderful facility! I know I will be visiting the range more frequently to test fire my other weapons.

Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful assistance and instruction. Great to have a shooting facility of this level of quality nearby. Have been coming here once or twice a season for probably 20 years and the level of welcome and friendliness never changes.

Since the flood of January 2005, Dillon Sportsman Center has had extensive repairs and renovations. There are 4 new GMV Super Star skeet machines, (1) new GMV Super Star trap machine. The original Western (Winchester) trap and skeet machines have been repaired and are functional for trap and 5 stand. 5 Stand will now be provided during regular business hours. Skeet leagues are on Tuesday and Saturday morning from 8 to 10;00 AM prior to opening. Trap leagues will be forming. Land of Legend Rifle and Pistol Club are the concessionaires and offer IDPA matches. The club has two fields(25 and 100 yards)for rifle and pistol shooting. The range is open to public and is located on Pleasant Valley Road in Nashport Ohio, just behind Dillon Lake.
