I stayed at Double Adobe this past winter and really enjoyed it. The park was clean and well maintained. The owner and staff were friendly and helpful. the trap and sporting clays were great. Many of the guests were very serious shooters and were willing to share their knowledge with me. It was a great experience. I’m going back this winter and hopefully beating some of them on the trap range!!

This one is a little out of the way, but if you like to RV or spend the winter in Arizona, this might be for you. There is an RV park adjacent. The course is modest in size but in terms of target presentation and challenges, this course will teach you something, which in this writer’s opinion is one thing that will benefit all shooters. Just because you are on vacation is no reason to back off on your shooting. Met some nice folks here and shot several timeS. I really like the pair of going away rabbits from right under your feet into the dry river bed! I could never see the second one as it disappeared into a cloud of dust thrown up by the first shot. That alone is reason enough to go back.
