My first visit was the NSCA NC circuit shoot in October 2015. Great place to visit. The staff was very nice. Everything was organized. Both courses were great. Very nice experience in every way.

I’ve shot the clay course several times with friends and have had a great time every visit. The staff at Drake Landing is outstanding and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure you have a good time at their facility. We love traveling to Harnett County to see the folks at Drake and look forward to many more visits in the future!

As normal, my trip to Drake Landing was an excellent experience. The staff was both knowledgeable and helpful. While my scores were low, my friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our day there. Even your gun hating friends will have a good time at Drake Landing.

I have gone Drake Landing many times and enjoy the course every time. Great course, great fun, and great folks. Don’t miss out and come out for a relaxing time.

Just noticed that nobody had written any reviews recently. I have been shoot at Drake for about a year. Great course. Always enjoy shooting there. If you haven’t shot there, the terrain will surprise you. Staff and owner treat us very well. Scott takes pride in setting great targets and keeping everything working the way it should. They are always working to improve their facilities. A great experience every visit.

Very nice place to shoot. Staff was friendly, course is very scenic, and targets were very good. I will definitely return on my next visit to North Carolina.

Drake Landing has a very enjoyable Sporting Clays course set on a surprisingly hilly terrain with a nearly 2 mile wooded trail. The 13 stations provide a variety of target presentations which take full advantage of the terrain, including streams, ponds and ravines. This has quickly become my family’s “home” course – being a short drive from Raleigh.

Great course……..

Although a very nice course layout, they need to work on the access road through the course as it was mud and very rough. I would not go back again until summer. Also, the cost for a round of 100 is about 20% higher than others in the area. I will go back, but not as frequent as I would like.

This is the first time i have been to Drake Landing and it won’t be the last. It was easy to find, a pleasure to shoot there, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful and i used a remote box on delay shooting on my own. All the traps worked without a problem with a great variety of targets. A lot of effort has been put into this sporting course and it shows. If you can get to shoot here it’s a must but rent a cart unless you want a work out. Can’t wait to get back there.
Thanks for a great morning guys.

I live in the Fuquay Varina area so I tried the relatively new Drake Landing facility and was very impressed by the course and layout. Prices are competitive and the course is a good mix of open and wooded stages. Its well worth the time.

This sporting clays course was started in July 06 and it is an excellant course and presentation. I have shot sporting clays for years and participated in lots of tournaments, and this is one to see. No two presentations are the same and they use the terrain to their advantage. Bring your clays cart.

We really enjoyed this course. There is an excellent variation on the presentation of the targets. The course is well groomed, making the walk around the farm pleasant. There are targets over water and woodland shots. Everyone made us feel welcome. We will definitely return.
