Excellent facility, with a lit of social events scheduled for members. Challenging targets that are typically set up with one course being more challenging than the other so fun for all levels of shooters.

All courses have the occasional trap malfunction but this seldom happens at FCGC. If so, you just call the number on the stand an an attendant is there in minutes to remedy the situation. Most cases you don’t even have to skip the station the response is so fast!

I’ve shot at probably 34-40 different clubs and this club is #1!

My wife and I were invited as guests to shoot at Forest City yesterday. Everything that has been written about this place is true. We have shot at clubs throughout the U.S. We don’t say that for any other reason than to say that very few gun clubs compare to FCGC and we have found none that are better. Should you be fortunate enough to be given an invitation TAKE IT!

While shooting at Fowler Farms in NC recently, I had the good fortune to meet several members of the Forest City Gun Club in Savannah, SC. I was graciously invited to shoot with them the next time I traveled through the area on my way home to SW Florida. This past weekend I had the opportunity to shoot with Mr/Mrs George Hubbard and Mr/Mrs Crist Frame at their home Club. We had a ball. One of the really neat things about this sport is the number of really nice people you meet as you travel and shoot. My hosts were delightful and provided me with a very memorable day of shooting Sporting Clays.
Forest City has Skeet, Trap, Sporting Clays, and Five Stand. There are 2 Clay Courses set up with 2 different levels of difficulty. We shot the lake course which in fact is build around a lovely forested lake. The equipment operated flawlessly. The environment was lovely. It was a great place to spend a day and I the good fortune to spend it with some wonderful people. If you are ever gifted with the opportunity to shoot at Forest City, I highly recommend that you take advantage of it.

I was fortunate to be accepted as a member of Forest City Gun Club and could not be happier. Zack, the club manager and the board could not be more accommodating. The facility, grounds, and staff always exceed my expectations . I am very lucky to be a part of such a great club.

We visited this club for a vendor sponsored event during a conference in Savannah, and had a great shoot. The fields were great and there are lots of them. The club house was nice, with lots of history. The manager was a bit snobby, as we tried to inquire about coming back to shoot the following day. He didn’t make us feel welcome, so we didn’t go back. I guess those are the benefits of membership.

I was guest to this club representing the navy as a member of the navy skeet team. The armed forces skeet match was held here. This club is a class act, well kept, top notch, best of the best. Beautiful air conditioned clubhouse with a fully stocked tavern inside. If there was a club that could equal the world shoot, this would be it. Call and ask to be invited!
