Today was my first visit and it won’t be my last. The counter folks were very busy signing up new members. They missed some of the the items that I needed to know about, like target post and cardboard back stops. I had to make a few trips back and forth to the shooting line. Now that I know the SOP’s I’m sure my next visit will be much less confusing. Great range, clean and well maintained. Club house is super.

Just to update off of the last review from 2009 the pistol range is open! The staff is very friendly. As of now the current rates are: Membership for civilian and non-retired military is $60.00 for a year, Targets are $3.00 each and it is $3.00 a shooter for an hour. The rifle berm is 200yds and the smaller pistol berm is 50yds. As far as I know the details from the other reviews are valid except that now both ranges/berms are open. It takes me an hour to get to this range but it totally beats the indoor range across the street from me. This is an awesome range.

I’m fairly new to the sport of shooting and this is the only place ive every been to except for my local handgun range, which is very expensive. Thank God for places like range 14 this place is great, inexpensive and you feel welcomed. There should be more places like this in NJ.

Best place in central New Jersey to shoot for the money. 60 bucks a year and 3 bucks an hour is a bargain compared to indoor ranges.
The place is very well maintained and well run I have been a member for
    25 years.

Great place to join. Very clean facility, comfortable, relaxing, membership gives you pistol, rifle, skeet, trap, and ability to use property for hunting. $60 gen public/$30 military, gov’t or police. I think the hours need to be corrected since I typically shoot around 10am on the weekdays.
