We drove up from Crestview Florida one weekday morning to meet Doug Knight of Knight Rides, makers of fine clays carts. Doug had arranged for us to shoot Greenway while we were there to pick up my new clay buggy. The course very much like a quail course, set up around a man made earthen dam, which holds back a good-sized lake. The course is shot in fields and in wooded areas, up and down hills. It can be as difficult as one might want to set the course or have the course set.
The staff was very nice and the facility is as good as you will find in Alabama. The clubhouse/lodge has rooms for overnight stays with a kitchen and dining. The facility also has pen raised bird hunts. A wingshooter can arrive and stay for a few days, shoot birds, clays and never have to leave the grounds.
