This is a Utah DNR run state range. We shot here several days in a row. It is a wireless voice activated system that works well. The one day that was fairly windy made it difficult for the system to pick up my wife’s voice. The box at each post can throw a clay with the push of a button even when the system is on voice activation. After my shot I was able to throw her clay by the push of a button. You pay for your rounds in advance, and they put them on a card the system reads. It includes a few extra clays to account for broken clays thrown from the house. The staff was a mix of state employees and volunteers and was helpful. They filled the house after several rounds. We shot singles, doubles, and handicap over several days and will shoot here anytime we are in the area. The closest thing in the background was a landfill and the vehicle moving there were at least a mile away and offered no distraction to shooting.
