My wife and are traveling to different states to shoot sporting clays. This past week we were in Kansas and went to Lynbrooke. The club has new owners as of a year and a half ago. It is owned now by a husband and wife team who are “gun people”. It was our first time shooting there. In our trip we decided to try this place. Targets are set VERY well. The course is set up so one can shoot fifty birds or one hundred. A diagram is at each station, all of which are automated and worked flawlessly, showing the target presentation. Demo pairs are permitted. Carts are also available, but walking the course is no problem. The prices are competitive. What is not competitive is the entire package these folks provide. They are in a class by themselves. If your travels take you in the vicinity of Augusta Kansas and you like a quality sporting clays experience you will not be disappointed with shooting there

My co-worker set up a team building event at Lynbrooke a few months ago. Since then we have been back to shoot on our own many times. We have also visited several of the other Sporting Clay places in the Wichita area, but we have not found a better place than Lynbrookes. The staff has always been really friendly and helpful. The course has a good variety of situations, which seems to be regularly altered. As we have found, this is not a cheap hobby but Lynbrooke’s seems to be the best value around. If you are new to the area or new to the sport, I would definitely recommend shooting a round at Lynbrooke’s.

So well run and a terrific staff!!! A completely friendly atmosphere! The grounds are very nicely cared for. Even in 110 degree weather we had a great time and will return.

Was out on some other business in the Augusta area and decided to check out Lynbrooke with my little girl. I was very impressed with the facility and people there. Never shot Sporting Clays before or even saw it being shot. Two of the members asked me if I wanted to ride along in the cart to watch them shoot, so me and my little girl had a blast watching them shoot a round. My only regret about visiting there is I didn’t have my shotgun to join in. I plan on trying my luck at Sporting Clays at this club.
