As a transplanted shooter from the West coast, I was very impressed and pleased, with my reception from the entire staff. Great courses, good 5-Stand and could only be improved if you would offer a Box Pigeon or Columbaria Ring – you would have it all (though I doubt my speed and skill level is long gone).

After some serious illness and being out of the shooting / hunting game for several years, I felt welcomed and right at home again.

Thank you all, and I look forward to returning often.

I have been to this club several times, first class operation. Red, green and sub gauge courses for all level of shooters. I highly recommend it!

What a beautiful place. Nicely designed course, LOTS of shade, which is important for Florida. Personnel are very professional and friendly. Class act all around! Highly recommended.

My first visit I was apprehensive never having been to one of these facilities. However the entire staff was friendly and informative on where to go and how it’s done. Once it’s understood they are not down your throat every minute (in case you miss every shot at first you are not embarrassed).. Clean and naturally shaded it is entertaining every time I go there. I recommend it to anyone looking for a Florida adventure.

A friend and his son introduced me to this Club a few months ago. What a delightful day we had. The folks there are friendly, knowledgable, interested and pleasant. As a rank novice in shooting sports, there was never a moment when I felt at all out of place.

I have only had very positive experiences at the club. They provide a venue for the Young Guns shooting club to introduce kids to the shooting sports and run a first rate operation. The staff is nice and knowledgable. Gwen does an outstanding job working with the club. The kids have a great time, the facility and instructors are kind and safety minded.

This is in response to the claims made by the Shoupe family. The husband and wife came in looking for antler sconces. They were quick to point out that other items in the store were on sale and that they would like to have the items they wanted on sale as well. (Wouldn’t we all?) I offered them what I thought was a very fair price, joked and spoke with them for a while longer….the entire time the husband kept making comments how he wanted a better deal. I told them that they could have additional monies off the retail price. The husband was rude and relentless. He kept saying I want half off over and over again. At that time, I told them that I would not be able to accommodate them and asked them to leave. They asked to see my manager for being rude to them…seriously?….

    First class operation!
Although about 1.5 hr drive–well worth it for me.
Really enjoyable sport for the part time enthusiast like myself.
Last visit, I took my son and father-in-law.
Just a great way to spend some time together and having fun all the while.
Staff is extremely efficient and courteous.
Look forward to the next visit.

We will never patronize Quail Creek again. We shot there on a recent trip to Miami and were treated very unprofessionally. What began as a delightful day shooting on a lovely clays course with challenging presentations and friendly, helpful staff was ruined when we went into the furniture store on property. Gwen Hudson, owner of the store and wife of Quail Creek’s owner, was shockingly rude to us. We had planned to shoot there again on our way back home, but after that experience, we avoided the place and recommend others do so as well.

I gotta tell you that, not only Fred and Maria, but the Whole staff, are some of the Greatest Hosts, I have ever been around. They all Make you feel welcome, always want to make sure you are having fun, ask you if there is anything you need. We have stayed overnight, we have just gone out to Shoot, it doesnt matter, everyone will feel like they have been going out there forever………..We Love it.

Outstanding! I shoot up to Quail Creek for their sporting clays, every chance I can get from Fort Lauderdale.

This is by far one of the best facilities I’ve ever visited. Outstanding grounds, top notch equipment and a very friendly staff. They offer 2 sporting clay courses (Red & Blue), 5 stand, and wobble.

The red course is laid out for beginning to intermediate shooters, and a more advanced blue course.

I have taken many of our visiting friends and family to Quail Creek when they visit South Florida, and all of them have been impressed.

My sons and I have only shot sporting clays here twice, but plan to make it a habit–First Class Club. For GPS users, I found it easier to enter coordinates instead of a street address: 27-26.99N, 80-44.03W

We found this club very enjoyable, we shot both the red and blue courses on successive weekends. Both courses were well designed and thought out, offering a good mix of angles and speeds as well as some rabbits thrown in here and there.
I was able to make use of the gunsmith on site (unfortunately I broke a firing pin), and found the entire staff very courteous and helpful.
I would definitely recommend this club, and will visit it again on my next trip to Florida.
