As part of the Annual VMI Leadership outing I have shoot here twice. Scenic setting and challenging stations for all. Great place to shoot the owner is very knowledgeable and the “professional” shooters in our groups as well as the non sporting clay shooters such as myself enjoy our visits. Looking forward to next year.

My husband and I travel with the Black’s Wing and Clay book. We were in the area of Quail Ridge and stopped to shoot. We where turned away because we didn’t call to make an appointment to shoot,(not listed for this club in the book). So don’t stop unless you call first.

I live in the area, am an avid clay shooter and shoot here regularly. The course has 19 stations thru the woods with some open venues for more challenging targets. The owner is also an avid shooter, knows how to set targets to keep you coming back and offers the full gammit of the various presentations. All stations have manual traps so a trapper and reservations are required.
