Redmond Rod and Gun club, Sporting Clays has been update in May 2020. “twisted Tree” is now a 16 station Sporting Clay course; most stations have 3 machines. The new course also has a training station and an advanced training station “intro to Sporting clays” that offer basic curling and overhead targets. The 5 stand has been also completed with 8 machines and new stands.

Redmond sporting clays has recently grown with new sporting clay machines, 10 station Sporting course and 8 machine 5 stand. The sporting course offers a unique setting in the high desert among the junipers and lava flows. They offer a Green course (easier) and a challanging Black course.

I arranged for our venturing crew to have a all day appointment there. We shot our arms off. We started with trap and than went to skeet. It is a great facility for large groups and competitions. Ran by people who know what they are doing and are willing to give tips. The staff made out trip a success. Great place.
