I was there in June,The Sorting Clays range was wiped out by a storm over a year ago,and hasn’t been redone, 3 of the machines for 5-stand were down, so no 5-stand. It’s a nice place, but someone needs to fix it up! I shot 4 rounds of trap, but nobody wanted to try skeet. So I can’t comment on skeet, but trap was ok.

Was going to shoot here on the way thru but could not buy shells in Illinois without a nonresident hunting license. If you want to shoot buy your shells before you get into the state.

The Rend Lake Shooting Complex is a wonderful place to shoot. I’m very excited about the complex having shooting events, there are very few complexs around the Southern IL area to shoot at. I have enjoyed shooting at Rend Lake now for several years and will continue to give them business. Thnak you guys so much for letting the Game Preserve Managment/ Shooting Complex shoot with such short notice.

This is a fantastic facility! The sporting clays course is always different, voice pulls for the trap range, clean and well maintained range overall. Lighted skeet and trap. Well worth the trip from the St. Louis area!
