Rockingham Gun Club has gone through many changes including a state of the art clubhouse and we now have 6 competition trap fields with a PAT wobble trap on field 6. We just hosted the SCTP State Trap Singles Championship and for the first time operated all 6 fields. Please come out and join us or visit our website.

The Rockingham Gun Club is a great place to shoot with three skeet fields and four working trap fields. We currently have PAT traps and ERAD wireless voice calls for the trap program.
We hold monthly registered trapshoots and also the Lewis Class non-registered shoots monthly. If you are interested in learning how to shoot trap or skeet we have instructors that can get you started.

The Rockingham Gun Club is adding new members month by month. The three new skeet fields are almost ready and looking great.

Tom Cox will be our new trap chairman and he is looking forward to some great events in 2008.

Not only does RGC host registered trap shoots they also hold Lewis Class Fun Shoots. These are non-registered events consisting of 50 sixteen yard targets and 50 handicap targets. We also have fun shoots where only 100 sixteen yard targets are shot.

The Rockingham County Gun Club is growing and we are in the process of building 3 new skeet fields.
We have 4 trap fields and 3 pistol ranges and a full rimfire range with 10 covered shooting benches.
we have also a 100 and 200 yard Centerfire rifle range with 20 covered benches and a large cover loading shelter.
At present and growing everyday,we have 665 members.
We are proud of the progress we have made at the club since we started the club back in 1984.

What a great bunch of folks. I had my first visit there when the club hosted a Boy Scout Tournament. I was very impressed with the facilities, and upkeep. All the members were courteous, and helpful to many guests that day. A nice facility where you can be proud to invite a spouse or friend. I am preparing to join.

Rockingham County Gun Club is a very nice facility. I have been a member since 1993. There is one skeet field, four trap fields, one rimfire range, one pistol range and one rifle range. There are toilet and shower facilities. Plans are to build additional skeet fields and club house.

This club has one skeet field and 6 trap fields. 4 of the trap fields are operational. Two of the trap fields do not have trap machines in them currently. This is a very nice facility that is a membership club. Memberships are quite resonable with dues set currently at $80 annually. The facility also has covered centerfire and rimfire firing lines and a pistol range. Guests are welcome when accompanied by a member.
