I was at a retriever hunt test in the area in 2012. While driving to Milan for lunch I spotted this place . When I returned to the hunt test in 2013 I remembered to bring a couple of shotguns. My two friends and I stopped in and shot a round of skeet. The manager was very friendly and helpful. We had a lot of fun and have already decided that when we attend the hunt test in sept 2014 we are shooting again. Look forward to it.

Stopped in and shot a game of skeet here. It’s a very friendly 5 field range. Perfect view down range. Spoke with E.V. the previous owner, and he gave me the history to this old club. After owning it for about 29 years of successful operation, he sold the range to Johnny the new owner. The range shows signs of decades of use, but the staffs friendliness and perfect targets make up for it. Nothing beats the smell of an old wood burning stove in a clubhouse, and that’s what you’ll find here. A great selection of shooting supplies is available at this range. Reloading is alive and well in this area too. The houses are all natural weathered split rail and give you a true sense of being in the Tenn. back country. Old Winchester single stackers are used. Games are 6.00. I think I found a place I’m going to enjoy visiting as I travel around the country. Come on by and visit them. You’ll see what I mean. Its worth the trip. Its only 8 miles off I-40.
